Wolseley Hall
Wolseley hall was completed in 1886, the first building erected by the Canadian Government specifically to house a unit of the new Permanent Force, the Canadian Army of the day. The building originally contained barracks rooms for soldiers, officers quarters, offices and instructional areas. Space for a regimental museum in the west wing of Wolseley Hall was allocated in the original drawings and that wing still houses the regimental Museum of The Royal Canadian Regiment.
