The Charles H. Ivey Medal Room

"This medal room has been dedicated to the memory of Charles H. Ivey by the Ivey Family in recognition of Captain Ivey's distinguished wartime service and the military service of his sons Peter Ivey and Robert Ivey (27 May 2004)" 

Displaying examples many of the honours and awards that have been presented to Canadians, and a collection of medals awarded to soldiers of The Royal Canadian Regiment.  The Museum's collection of medal groups spans the history of the Regiment.

Medals on display include campaign medals representing service throughout the history of the Regiment, as well as some earlier medal groups awarded to family members of regimental soldiers.  Honours and awards for bravery and meritorious service may be found here, with medals groups spanning the ranks from Private to General.
