Passing of Sgt. Ret'd Randall "Randy" John Bonany

Gentlemen, it is my unfortunate task to announce to the association and the Regiment, the passing of Sgt Bonany ret'd.
Sgt Bonany joined the Regiment in 1972 and served in the 3rd Battalion until 1979, to the rank of cpl. He then re-mustered to the MP trade and spent the remainder of his 24 years at various units across Canada rising to Sgt rank.

Husband to Dawn-Marie Bonany, loving father to Crystal Bonany-Bolduc, loving grandfather to Trinity and Shayla Bolduc.

Survived by:     Sister, Lois Muncaster of Sudbury
                  Brothers,  Christopher and Ross of Hamilton
and many nieces and nephews.

He is resting at Crestmount Funeral Home of Hamilton, ON until 3 January 2012 at 13:00.

Randy`s irascible nature and caustic good humour will be missed by all.
