Major Denis Ringland

The Regiment regrets to inform you of the passing of Major (ret'd) Denis Ringland on 15 March 2009. He served in the Regiment until 1973. We only learned of his passing today. The attached obituary details the specifics.

RIP Sir, had Maj Ringland for a company cammander in Germany. Condolences to family and friends.

RIP. Major Ringland,was Bcoy Commader in Fort York Germany also Battalion soccer coach.He was a great officer. I will always remmber on EX him coming over the radio Charlie,Charlie  prepare to move, 2 seconds later Charlie move now out. It was always during the middle of the night.
