Just a quick note to sadly announce the passing of my husband, Cpl Rodney L. Easton on July 17th 2010 after a two year battle with brain cancer at the age of 60.  Thankyou so much to the RCR for the kind messages.  Rod always spoke highly of the regiment and everyone he knew.  His favorite conversation always involved Soest, Germany and we had hoped to travel there someday.  Thankyou to everyone for being a part of his memory.

I send my heartfelt condolensces to you and your family, my father and his family lived in Soest, Germany for 3 years, and some of our best memories are those three years, my brother was born there.  You are being thought of and prayed for.  Eileen Howard Fralick London ontario. Pro Patria

My sincere and heartfelt condolences. I knew Rod in Germany and as a neighbor to my deceased sister-in-law and her husband, George and Pat Geddes.

Kindest regards.
